I’m sending this out to my building’s HOA, who painted our lobby a deep brown shade today. I thank you for the many hours of entertainment you are about to provide me, as the residents and real estate agents trying to unload your nearly valueless condos are going to go apeshit. Which, coincidentally, appears to be the name of the shade you selected.
